On arrival I was hugely disappointed with our room. It felt small and the bathroom was tiny with no space at all to put toiletries - it felt like student living and did not match our expectations given what we had paid. The staff were understanding and were able to offer us a room more comfortable on one level with a double sink with space. I think where the hotel lacks with cramped rooms, it makes up for in service. The bed I found super comfortable, nice linens etc. and the daily room service was of a high standard. The staff here are exceptional at their jobs and friendly. Meryll especially had organised our entire stay with restaurant bookings, ski passes and transfers which made our stay seamless and stress free. The restaurant was average, portions quite small compared to other restaurants in the Village. Ambience is nice and I think if they improve the standard of their food would have happily eaten in the hotel more often. The shuttle service to and from the ski lifts and village is excellent so you really don't need to worry about the hotel being a little out of the village. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it really was thanks to the amazing staff and the little extras.

This hotel is beautiful, decor is lovely and spa, gym, restaurant excellent. We had a suite overlooking the town and mountains and we were very pleased with it. Good size, handy having the kitchen area, the bathroom was large and the bed very comfortable. Good choice at breakfast, if a little pricey, wonderful food for dinner. Special mention to the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face from Reception, Luggage, Cleaners and restaurant/bar staff. Would definitely recommend. The shuttle busses are very regular and not far out of town or from the ski lifts. We were celebrating a special occasion and would like to thank the hotel for making it special and to the restaurant staff for the singing! Thank you to everyone. Make sure you have euros for taxi to airport, would not take credit card.

Location close to Mont Arbois lift is excellent for skiing. Also a 15min walk down to the town via a little path (Not well lit at night) was also great. The hotel has a regular shuttle bus if you are too tired to walk back up the hill. Room we had was perfect for a family with two bedrooms and bathrooms with a mini kitchen and living room area. We stayed only two nights but you would be comfortable there for a week. Service was excellent. really friendly and helpful staff...you are made to feel very welcome. Our children are teenagers but I would recommend this hotel especially if you have younger children.

What an exceptional hotel. Having visited hotels of every standard around the world, I can definitely put L’Arboisie in my top 5 across the board. Outstanding service and customer care, fantastic room well decorated and in great condition. The restaurant is amazing. The location is outside of the town centre, but shuttles are provided, which means you can enjoy the perks of Megeve while finding absolute silence and peace when it’s time to switch off the lights. I strongly expect we shall return to L’Arboisie, hopefully sooner rather than later!

We were a group of seven women ages 28 - 62 . The staff were amazing***** friendly, super helpful, enthusiastic and genuine. Every question was deal with patience (as we do not speak French) every request - transfers, lifts to town, arranging reservations, ski hire etc...nothing was a bother. The hotel is lush but relaxed, smells amazing! alpine decor, big enough rooms. A mix of families and adult groups. Amazing breakfast - all options and great evening meals for low key nights. We even had fresh flowers in our room.
